At first, Tony will get very little. He'll know all of the guards by name, as well as the fact that one of the guards is getting too chummy with one of "Those Guys." Some of the guards speak of the Starfallen with contempt, mentioning that they "don't belong here" and that "Fantastic will finally be setting the world right."

After Jason and Roy get caught, he'll hear about someone's eye being taken out for the sake of getting into the lower levels. He'll also be able to discern the location of the maximum security prison they're being shipped off to - an island off the coast of Washington built specifically to hold metahumans. It hasn't been used, yet, but it looks like they're working on fixing that now. "Arcadia has some great digs. These selfish fucks –" At least, that will be the general sense of it. This will also be the point when things start becoming more tense on the comms, and that Fantastic wants around the clock reports on what anyone is doing in Arcadia. He's getting demanding, and they understand why – his great plan has amounted to very little outside of the handful of newcomers who he can't trust to actually want to stick around.

They'll talk about a few guys getting reassigned to a press conference in the near future where Fantastic will be making a big statement about Arcadia and its purpose. "I wonder if our Shining God will finally make an appearance so that everyone can see the truth," one of the guards mutters.

There won't be any further information on how Arcadia was made or why. Most of the guards are grunts, so they aren't keyed into that information.
