During the first week of lockdown, teachers reached out to parents/students to let them know that they're monitoring the situation, and, if needed, will begin providing distance learning resources to students to help avoid the risk of running into summer school.

After that first week, when it became apparent Mechanima's lockdown wasn't going to be ending any time soon, teachers began setting up zoom meetings and emailing out work packets to keep students up to date on where they should be schooling wise. Given extenuating circumstances, students will be given every opportunity to make up work to help avoid summer school.

In Tim's circumstances - he should be fine to continue on to the next grade on schedule.
