Will this decimate the city, or be a mild inconvenience? Planned Dates: Please note that confluences must begin when apps close. However, they can last up to two weeks. How long do you expect this to last? If this isn't a confluence, what dates do you want this to take place on? Intended Outcome: What would you like to see happen in the aftermath of this? Is this just widespread destruction? Silly magical side-effects? Something combat or PVP Oriented?
